After understanding your search criteria, including preferred geographical location, site size or investment type, we will proactively undertake a tailored site search based upon your specific requirements. 

The full suite of planning constraints and additional land constraints will be considered. 

Land can be sourced for a development project or as an investment.

Site Identification

After understanding your preferred site search criteria, a primary site search will be undertaken to identify potential sites.

The full suite of planning constraints will be considered, we only identify land with the best chance of achieving planning permission.

As well as identifying land that does not have planning permission, land with outline and full planning permission will also be searched.

We search all land types, both greenfield land and previously developed land will be considered in our search.

Establishing Contact with Landowners

Once we have identified land that suits your requirements we will establish initial contact with the landowner.

Ultimately this will allow us to understand whether the landowner is willing to sell the land.

We are able to calculate a feasibility appraisal taking into consideration all anticipated costs associated with the development project.


The Gross Development Value (total value) of the potential development will consider similar comparable schemes and market conditions within the locality. 

This will ultimately allow us to determine a price that can be offered for the land.

In order to undertake this service we will need to gather various information in relation to build type and standard of finish and the proposed finance and sales structure.

The Site Feasibility will allow us to determine how much the land is worth to you and the price that we will be prepared to offer for the land purchase.

We will also advise on the various types of deal structures.

Ultimately we work to achieve the best deal for your land acquisition. 

Signing a Contract

Site Acquisition

Once a deal has been agreed with the landowner we are able to facilitate the acquisition of this land on your behalf.

After agreeing a land price and deal structure we can progress by issuing initial Heads of Terms, this will form the basis for the legal contract to purchase the land.
